The Show![]() Combining hidden cameras, outrageous comic scenarios and tongue-in-cheek retro-style game show competition, GSN's newest original game show series. INSTANT RECALL first tests players' patience, then tests their memory as unsuspecting participants are caught on hidden camera in unbelievable situations—and are then quizzed on the experience for cash and prizes. Game show legend Wink Martindale and glamorous co-host Angela Daun host the competition and award the prizes, while decked out in classic game show style. Each episode of INSTANT RECALL will feature two lively segments, during which an unsuspecting contestant finds him- or herself in an outrageous situation: a dad-to-be thrown into a highly unusual birthing class—with him in the stirrups; an unexpected "intervention" for a supposed shopping addict; a nail salon patron whose feet are soaked in chicken soup; a woman waiting at a restaurant who gets dragged into the lurid family drama at the next table. Each wild scenario ends with the magic INSTANT RECALL words: "Do you like game shows?" Then Martindale and Daun appear in tongue-in-cheek, retro game show fashions—in fact, Martindale wears his own retro wardrobe in the series—to welcome the good sport to the competition portion of the show—in which the player is tested on the details of the event that just occurred. The more correct answers, the more cash and prizes! FRIDAYS
